Osgood South is a modular affordable housing community located along the Osgood corridor near the future Irvington BART Station. The development uses prefabricated modules to accelerate delivery, reduce site disruption, and ensure consistent quality across units. Combined with the neighboring Osgood Apartments, the site plan introduces podium-level amenities, bike storage, and landscaped open space.
