Project Overview & Description:
This new affordable housing community spans two three-story buildings and 55 multi-family units, from studios to three-bedroom homes. Across each unit type, our windows and doors were designed and delivered to balance durability with clarity, bringing in natural light while standing up to Truckee’s demanding climate.
Beyond the residences, the project includes shared spaces that foster connection like community rooms, meeting areas, leasing offices, and secure bike storage. In each of these environments, our systems play a subtle but critical role: controlling thermal performance, enhancing comfort, and maintaining consistency across a diverse range of uses.
The development totals over 61,000 square feet, including dedicated community space, and extends outward into thoughtfully designed outdoor amenities - play areas, picnic spaces, and public art installations.
Throughout, our products help blur the line between inside and out, reinforcing a sense of openness while maintaining efficiency and security.
