The Tilt & Turn operation is simple, the handle turns in one direction, tilting the vent back for ventilation. Rotate the handle further, and the entire sash opens in for full ventilation. This feature also lets you clean the outside window pane from the inside. As a result, the Molalla series are ideal for high-level windows multi living commercial projects. Also you can limit the opening to Tilt only (Hopper) for added ventilation.

Another advantage of the Molalla Tilt & Turn system provides the ability to build larger operable windows while maintaining AWS performance. This allows design to have more options, and create a more stunning living space.

These high security windows feature secure internal glazing beads, locking window handles, multi-point locks with claw locks and steel reinforcement to the window profiles. The tilt position also aids in security while still enabling ventilation. The inward tilt still allows the window to remain open with little ability to maneuver the window fully-open by unwanted “guests”, also they can help meet building code egress requirements.

The vinyl is available in white, sandstone, and clay on which a number of solid color or wood-grain foils can be laminated.
